Hungary is facing a shortage of children.

A young pediatrician returns from Germany to Borsod after the death of her mother. She inherits her mother’s pediatric practice but does not wish to keep the legacy. While settling the affairs surrounding the practice, she begins to suspect that her mother was more than just a kind-hearted doctor. She must confront the reality of what she has truly inherited when she is left with the responsibility of treating the ailing population of rural Hungary.
